Information we collect
- Account info: email, display name, optional avatar.
- Recipes, posts, comments, and messages you create in the app.
- Voice transcripts and audio when you cook with REMY (used to power the assistant).
- Basic analytics: page views, user agent, and country (from IP, not stored raw).
- Billing metadata via Stripe when you subscribe (we never see your card number).
How we use it
To operate the service, personalize recipes, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties
- Supabase — auth, database, storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing.
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis and transcription for REMY.
- Lovable AI — recipe generation and enhancement.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email support@chefwit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts and their associated content are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
