1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ChefWit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ChefWit provides AI-generated recipes, a hands-free voice cooking assistant (REMY), and a community for sharing recipes. Content is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for using good judgment around food safety, allergens, cooking temperatures, and dietary restrictions.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, harass other users, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or use it to generate content that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of recipes and posts you create. By making a recipe public you grant ChefWit a non-exclusive license to host and display it. You can delete your content at any time.
7. Disclaimers
ChefWit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including cooking outcomes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
