- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder

Marinate the Chicken
In a medium bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Prepare Skewers & Grill
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.

Assemble Skewers
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the prepared skewers, leaving a small space between each piece to ensure even cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.

Grill the Skewers
Place the chicken skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for 8-12 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice char marks. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).

Rest and Serve
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chicken tender and moist. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
